It’s a hard task to tackle…putting into prose exactly what it is we do. That’s because what Leigh Williams Lifestyle Management does is dictated and designed by the client. Limited only by your imagination, we do everything you don’t know how to do, don’t want to do and don’t have time to do.
Some people call us a luxury concierge service, others a rent-a-wife (excluding the obvious, of course) and the one we like best is a service run by professional know-it-alls. To most, we offer a lifeline – a sense of security knowing that a capable, trust-worthy person is in charge of their personal affairs in their stead.
Our goal is to allow you to live your best life; weather that’s working more, playing harder, spending more quality time with family or being a guest at your own party. The beauty of this professional relationship is that it is custom-tailored to your needs.
The following is a sampling of projects we’re currently working on and services we are providing:
- Planning a 13-year-old’s dream birthday party in Dallas that includes a spa day, tween fashion show and luncheon in the couture salon of Neiman Marcus
- Medical Advocacy: LWLM is lucky enough to be based in the same city as one of the best medical centers in the world, home to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Texas Children's Hospital, Memorial Hermann Hospital and St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital among others. Our medical center brings the best and brightest clinicians, surgeons and research minds to our facilities making it a place of hope, healing and treatment for many across the world. We help you navigate each step of the way - from making sure you have the best specialist to meet your needs to ensuring there is a strong aftercare plan in place at home, should that need arise. We manage all aspects of home/skilled nursing, keeping the patient comfortable during their treatment, keeping abreast of medical trials and studies that might be appropriate and everything in between. This service is used by Houstonians as well as patients coming from points beyond.
- Arranging a private portrait sitting with famed photographer Annie Leibovitz as a once-in-a-lifetime anniversary gift.
- Choosing the perfect holiday card to reflect the client’s impeccable style, while sending a sensitive message reflective of our current economic climate
- Designing holiday décor for the interior and exterior of the client’s home to mirror the personality and style of the clients
- Selecting holiday gifts for family, corporate executives and friends and making sure the packaging and gift wrap is a perfect reflection of the style of the gift giver. Love is in the details!
- Creating and executing public relations strategy for a luxury jeweler and antiques dealer with locations in Houston, New Orleans and Torino, Italy
- Managing the medical care of an aging parent whose children live in different cities. This requires being on call 24/7 in case of emergencies, traveling with the client, understanding the intricacies of his medical conditions, staying current on all therapies and medications that are available to treat his disease, attending all medical appointments and staying in constant contact with family members and care-givers to ensure everyone is properly informed and that the client is as comfortable and happy as he possibly can be at all times.
- Personal shopping for many different recipients for all occasions: from baby gifts to clothing for octogenarians and everything in between.
- Planning corporate holiday parties so that the CEO and his wife can be guests at their own events, knowing that every detail has been attended to so that each employee walks away asking how the company will possibly top THIS year’s party
- Interviewing interior designers for a second home in New York City.
- Assisting a client in procuring a guest speaker for a charity luncheon.
- Planning a children’s holiday party for 200 children and their parents at a private home – procuring everything from live reindeer to 40,000 pounds of real snow…in Houston, Texas!
- Interior design/construction management and mediation for new construction or major remodeling. This allows the homeowners to skip the five-hour meetings with construction supervisors and designers to make the decisions they really want to be a part of. It also provides them an advocate to act on their behalf to enforce deadlines and budgets.
- Planning a month-long summer trip for a mother and daughter to include stops in Paris and Rome, as well as island hopping in Croatia and on the Amalfi coastline.
- Ghost-writing a blog for a luxury goods company.
- Accessorizing the home of a client’s mother’s new high-rise apartment.

- Speech writing
- Interviewing and hiring a house manager for a vacation home in Aspen, Colorado
- Traveling ahead of a client and their family to become intimately familiar with the city that will become their home during a week-long vacation. Fluffing pillows, stocking the fridge, scouting the best tables at the best restaurants, finding kid-friendly activities, printing out directions for operating the electronics in the rented home in THEIR language and mapping out the quickest route to the emergency room…just in case.
- Planning and executing corporate retreats – everything from the welcome gifts, to the menus to the special appearance by Rory McIlroy on the 18th hole.
- Anticipating a client’s every need BEFORE they think to ask for it.
- Planning destination birthday parties in exotic locales from Monaco to Cabo San Lucas, from London to Las Vegas and all points in between. Whether the guest list is intimate and cozy or large and raucous - every detail is attended to. LWLM has established itself as the 'go-to' company to produce the most luxurious, spectacular and seemingly logistically impossible milestone birthday parties and memorable celebrations.
- Home administrative duties including filing, bill paying, errand running, calendar maintenance and creating a home office that is functional for you and your family.
